TURNING  IT  ALL  OVER  TO  GOD!

Warehouse_Boxes.jpg

As you read in our past newsletter when I thought I had all the answers, we had a empty warehouse. Now that I turned everything over to God, and realize that I did not have all the answers, our warehouse is full of food and all our pantries and soup kitchens are full of food.

I don’t understand why it is that we always think we can do everything on our own instead of trusting God. In my walk with our Lord, I have learned this lesson at least 100 times and still learning. Our lives would be much better if we learn the first time, rather then making the same mistakes time and time again.

Just two months ago, our warehouse did not have enough food to make up one box of food for a needy person and now we are receiving food from three new sources. We are now receiving can goods from Pennsylvania, Virginia and Ohio on a monthly schedule. We will be able to serve all the ministries that we did in the past and we intend to start the mass distribution up for Pasco County at the first of the year. The mass distribution program will served 1,000 low income people of Pasco County.

All this food is given to us free but we need to pay transportation costs which will average $8,000.00 per month. We are trusting that some corporations and foundations will come forward and sponsor some of the cost we have to incur.

____ $100 = 1,750 pounds of food
