WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Volunteer Way Inc. is a very unique charity, I don't know of any other food bank or charity in Florida that serves as many different charities. The Volunteer Way is also unique that we never charge any fees for any of our goods or services. Last year we distributed 6,500,000 pounds of food to 17,000 families throughout Central Florida. Just in West Pasco County we have 8,700 families coming to our warehouse for help with food and personal items.
Our Administration costs are kept under 1%, we have 70 volunteers and one full time paid staff and two part time paid staff.

The Volunteer Way also partners with Experience Works; we are one of their training centers for people 55+. We also partner with Florida's KidCare, which gives a high quality, low-cost health insurance for children under age 19, who are uninsured.
"KIDS AGAINST HUNGER FOOD DRIVES"
Kids against hunger is our food drive program, which brings in thousands of pounds of food into our food bank. A food drive is a great community activity for businesses, civic associations, schools, neighborhood leaders, clubs and youth groups. Kids Against Hunger will furnish all the flyers and other needed paper work.
