The Volunteer Way (TVW) is having growing pains. Just in our Pasco County location
we are signing up over fifty new families each month that need help with food. Our partnering hunger relief
ministries are telling us that they are seeing many new people coming to them each month for help with food.
Our
warehouse is too small and we will have to expand our hours of operation. We also need to contact the business
community to partner with TVW in our struggle make sure no one goes to bed hungry and ask businesses to help support
our vital cause.
We are the only Food bank that I know about in Central Florida that gives food to food
pantries and soup kitchen free of any fees. If we close our doors, thousands of children, families and our elderly will
go to bed hungry.

Our administration costs are 1/2 of one percent. Over 99% of your donation goes to
helping the needy.
We are giving, free of any charge, 5,000,000 pounds of food each year to feed nutritionally challenged people.
We also give free of any fees diapers, depends, person items, clothing and medical equipment.
With the cost of gasoline, insurance, taxes and all other costs of living going through the roof, it is
hard for people to make ends meet. We need to do the best we can to help our neighbors.
